The problem for exchange server 2003

After install the exchange server 2003, the hyperlink in the email can’t function well. It need to rewrite that url in the address. If not, it can’t function. If we directly click the url in the email, it will come out the path such as http://111.22.22.22/exchweb/bin/redir.asp?URL=http://111.11.11.11/abc/efc/hrk/jjk/def/afsgg_approve.cfm?loginid=gdhja=jhfdjdsh%5545=jdhj3%26appby=SIA%749398nckd%jkdjkd%233657(xcfsdf%qerwerew) (example)
