The server is not configured for transaction

i have a group of computers in workgroup.
all computers browse from each other but one computer is having windows 2000 server with shared drive.
only this computer can not browse from:
my network places – microsoft network- workgroup-comp1.
showing error “the server is not configured for transaction”.
and not also from Run:\\comp1
but can browse from Run:\\com1\d or c. i want to share a printer fromthis machine.
