The Server is not configured for transactions

Can anyone help please? This is a new error and I have checked the IPC, C and Admin Shares and they are fine. I also checked in the system32 folder for any winsys32.exe additions but there are none so I am assuming there is no virus.

I thought possibly I had a trust issue with the server so I put my PC back into a Workgroup and then rejoined the domain but to to not effect. Any advice appreciated
