The specified Network name is no longer available

hi all
I am using IBM thick pad laptop in windows xp work group.when iam connecting to other systems it was giving “The specified Network name is no longer available” error but iam able to access all web applications but not able to share or copy any files from network.how to solve this problem.please any one help for this problem.
