i have worked for 3monthes with their techsupport, sent copies of our data. the answer is always the same. nothing is wrong with our data. it crashes,then we lose all our data, or it locks up. My boss was not satisfied with why i thought the problem was. called in a computer engineer, he deleted active directory. our norton virus is not is not scanning the other station. the enginer said the reason therapist helper 7.0 will not run with activ directory. I am a admin for the system. we are a very small dr.office. does anyone know of a mental health software. that is xp complince. I can work with out active directory. can anyone give some advice, or direction. I am microsoft certified for windows 2000 server. I have always used the active directory to set up accounts and edit polices etc. I can not repair the problems our station are having with the server. help
