“there is another IP on this network”

That is the error that I am currently getting if I log on to my home desktop . I currently have cable sevice for my IP, I also have a laptop w/ wireless that I do not get that error message. I do use a work server when I need to work from the computers and recieve messages. How can I check who IP is on my computer?
