Thermal Printer Custom Page Size using Windows XP

Hi!

I have a thermal printer “TVS Smart” connected on COM1. I installed Windows XP on a PC and I want to print on a Custom Paper Size. I already defined a new form using “Server Properties” in Printers and Faxes and set the new paper size as default in the printer preferences.

When I give the test print setting the custom paper size defined the page is not printed but when I set the default page size as A4 or A5 the test page is printed properly.

Can somebody help me.
