TheSystem cannot find the file specified

I have a user who must be able to open EXCEL files as attachments in MS Outlook. When she tries to open an EXCEL attachment in MS Outlook she recieves the error message stated in the Title of Question, “The system cannot find the file specified”. Does any one know how to resolve this issue? I have already reloaded EXCEL and OUTLOOK, but this did not reassociate the file.
