this black DOS popup

i keep getting a black window that pops up and disapears b4 i can read it, i noticed it happens when i go to some websites or even if im just at my desktop.i clicked back on my explorer(cuz thats sometimes wen i see it)a bucnch of times and managed to see a little of wut it says. the path is under my systems.32 file and i saw the words “succesfull DNS flush” or something. what is this? is it spyware, im kinda paranoid about it. also i have McAfee anti-virus and firewalls put up,does this have anything to do with it?
