this damn PROGRAM!! Lveiw

OKay heres the scoop,want to remove program.does not appear in add remove list.is in download files.i dont care if i lose a driver or two.i will reinstall any affected programs later.problem when i delete Program(Lveiw Pro 1.c)directly it goes away,but it somehow converted every image file on hard drive with its icon infront of it.so when i delete the Lveiw i cannot veiw any of them.the mistake i made (STUPID ME)i run win.98 on a pc.the program was written for 95.when i save any image regardlesof file ext. they all have the windows icon,then i have to rename them to gif,jpeg whatever then they convert to the Lveiw icon.what the hell do i do.???????
