Tie printers to computer

I have 3 labs with 20 to 25 workstations in each.
Have changed to win 2000 pro. Each lab has a printer. How do I tie the printer in each lab to be common to each machine, and when a user logs in in any lab, they can print to the printer in that lab with out setting it up?
