TIF has changed operation

Used to be (2 days ago) that I could go to Temporary Internet Files and find the movies, FLV’s or what ever and I could then copy those files for later viewing. Now it seems the larger files are not showing up there. Only files over under 50K seem to show up.

Any idea what changed? And can I fix this?
