Tigris Access Server

I have to configure my Tigris Access server for bandwidth management. I would like to restrict users with maximum bandwidth they can get. Currently it is running on default configuration. I have 3 slot Tigris Access server with IOS version 11.5.3.11

Please help me with related documents on Internet or otherwise that can help me configuring this.
