Time drift on Hyper-V PDC Emulator

I have a Hyper-V domain controller that is set up as the PDC Emulator for my domain. Setting it to synch with NIST server resulted in time drift.

After looking at various tech notes, I decided to synch the virtualized DC with the physical host. The physical host is getting time from the NIST server.

I am still getting time drift on the DC.

How are other admins setting up time synchronization to avoid drift on virtual domain controllers?
