Time stamp in outlook not correct

We are running a mail server on a IBM iSeries server (Not Lotus dominio). My problem is that I went under “tools”, “Options”, Calendar, I unchecked the daylight savings box, which pushed the system clock an incorrect hour ahead, then I double clicked the time in the system tray and pushed it back an hour. Now all is working but when the user double clicks the email in outlook 2000 or 2003 the time is an hour off but in the “Received” column the time is correct.

The time on the server is correct in CST
