Time Sync (NW 4.11)

I have 5 NetWare 4.11 servers in a WAN. When I do a dsrepair/time sync on one of the servers it shows that it is not in sync and shows + 1:33. How do I resolve this and what could be causing it? It used to be around 10mins out of sync but the numberhas increased over recent weeks..
