Timeout in winxp…

I am making a script and I want a kind of progress bar in the form of “…”

I was wondering if there was a sleep command that would give like 5 or so seconds before going to the next command. This is an XP machine and I have not tried downloading the 2003 toolkit to get that command… So I figured I would ask 🙂
