To Nat 2 public Ip to 2 private ip on a single NIC card

Is it possible to NAT 2 public IP to 2 private IP (by binding) in single PC for hosting 2 MAIL SERVERS AND 2 WEB SERVERS on windows 2000 pro., if SO Please explain answers will be greatly appreciated
