To open a port

i am facing to use the software under proxy and LAN. i added port numbers in the firewall of windows XP but same could not solve the problem.
i installed net frame.

The following are the extract of help file of software.

If the software is being accessed from behind a proxy you will need to open the following 3 ports for any

1. 10116 2. 25000 3. 25002

Browser version

IE 5.5 or higher.”
