to Open accounts of NT in win2kserver?

Hi,
I juss wana know if I may be able to connect windowsNT4.0 user manager for domains to windows 2000 Standalone server. I have a PDC and a BDC NT4.0 and exchange 5.5, ISA 2000. I juss want to open USers from NT4.0 BDC in my windows2000 standalone server (No active directory installed). Please tell me if it is possible.
