to remove hidden attributes of folders

friends my problem is that ;
recently hidden folders by me;with folder option indicating do not show;
&now this option is unable to change ;
it may be virus problem;
but it may be resolve using regedit;
i dont know;
plz help me to find out solution for this problem
and one thing this is my first post; dont
make me down
