Too many pages print when in remote desktop

i have a xerox 6180 installed on my locl machine. i remote into a server at a diffrent location, when i print a excell sheet, i get 80 pages when i should get 1. the pcl and ps driver are both installed on the server. the server is a 2008 stadard 64bit.

any suggestions
