Topic for my dissertation on degree on Helpdesk and ITIL Processes

I want a topic for my dissertation for my degree homours program. I want topic on helpdesk *** processes and ITIL, how processes has been improved and the cost involved in bad processes.
I chose below topics I dont know if good enough:
