torrent download

CAN YOU asssist

i am attempting to download a file from the internet but it says its a torrent file and when i click on it it gives me torrent download URL’s to download it from.

I am to download it with Free download manager or Frostwire P2P program, but none works

Is there any other way of downloding it?
