Toshiba 4300 Satellite Series wont boot.

I cant get this darn laptop to boot up. I get the green “ON” light and it beeps like it is booting. Then it just sits there and does nothing, NO VIDEO at all. Ive tried hooking up a monitor but there is still no video. When I try to shut down the computer it just keeps on beeping (like a bomb waiting to go off) then it turns off. Looks like there may be some major porblems.
