Toshiba Bluetooth Problem

I have a Toshiba P25-S5093 laptop. As soon as I got the computer, the bluetooth doesn’t work. Whenever I load up anything that has to do with the bluetooth adapter I get an error that says “Could not open the Bluetooth ACPI device driver (tosrfec.sys)”. If anyone had any idea on how to fix this problem I would appreciate it.
