Toshiba Laptop

I can’t seem to get past the logo at post on my Toshiba Satellite 2595XDVD. At first I was getting “bad clusters found” now I can’t even get past post nor can I get in the Bios.

Toshiba seems to think it is a hibernation issue I tried there fix and nothing.
