Toshiba Laptop Repair

I have this Toshiba laptop and the ac power plug in and I just bought a new jack for it. I am going to attempt to try something I saw on another site for relocating the power jack. The thing I am needing to know is which things on the mainboard are positive negative and ground. I have 5 leads. You help would be appreciated.
