Toshiba Qosmio F15 – dash vertical line and blank screen.

Please Help

I have a Toshiba Qosmio F15

Problems:

1. when i turn on my laptop, it have dash vertical line every where.

2. After i turn on my laptop, it goes pass the Qosmio logo and then nothing. Just a blank screen with this line __ that is all. and it still have the dash line.

So far i tried:

1. replacing a new hard drive, doesn’t work.
2. connect a monitors to the laptop and it still have that dash line.
3. I will try to replace the ram today.
4. Try to boot up on the CD Restore doesn’t work.

Any help would be great
