Toshiba Tecra 8000 Bios Password

Hello there, I was wondering if anyone could help, one of our clients has installed a bios password which we are unable to remove. I have removed all 3 batteries (Main, RTC and another entitled SUB) it has been left for one day and the password hasstill been retained, does anyone have any idea how to remove these ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
