TR pages blank in Mozilla

I’m a new Linux user running Red Hat 9 with Mozilla 1.2.1 from inside a corporate firewall and proxy server.

On my first attempt to reach TR with this system, I find some pages do not display. Specifically, “My Blog” and “My Discussions” result in grey pages. “My Tech Q&A” works well enough for me to enter this question, and “My Discussions” displays normally.

Yes, I know there are other browsers available, and I plan to eventually install Firefox. However, I think there is something to learn from attempting to fix Mozilla before I replace it.

Please let me know if I haven’t provide enough information to solve this problem, and thanks in advance for any offered solutions.
