Trackball Conflict

At some point, the keyboard of an IBM laptop began: g, h, t, y letters do not work at all, Ctrl+Alt+Del does not work, Backspace does not work. When an external keyboard is plugged in, the external board works perfectly. Any ideas how to remedy the problem?
