Training

My manager wants me to setup a Windows 2000 OU with no training, I’m currently a CNA and MCP. His idea of traing is using the corporate CBT’s by NetG. I can do that but the course cover 7 cbts, he want’s the OU complete in 2 weeks. What is the minimum skill level you need to complete a Window 2000 OU with NO Prior Experience in Win@2k ? Will a five day hands on course help prepare me ?
