Training Requirements

What are the best training and reference resources for the beginner/intermediate technician to obtain the knowledge and skills to pass Microsoft Professional with Internet Designation tests.

I work for a small business with a 20 PC peer-to-peer network. As a collateral duty, I manage and maintain the system and PCs. We are planning to migrate to W2K network with the server connected to the internet via router and cable modem. I have a strong backgound in old USNavy radars and computers (Univac1219b). I don’t have any formal training in the modern PCs and networks. Quite simply, I don’t know what I don’t know. Please enlighten me.
