transfer exchange 5.5 mail to 2000

I have an old server running W2K server and Exchange 5.5, I plan to replace this server with a new server running W2k server and Exchange 2000(full version) not an upgrade, how would you transfer exchange 5.5 mailboxes and data to the exchange 2000 machine, any help is appreciated
