Transfer PDC roles to BDC and rebuild new PDC with same name.

Hello,

I have a w2k3 domian consisting of 4 w2k3 DC’s and an Exchange Server. Our PDC(a) was built on a loaned server and now its time for us to return it. So my question is how to tranfer all the PDC(a) roles to one of the other BDC’s and completely remove the old PDC(a). Once this is done I would like to build a new DC with the same name as the loaned PDC(a)and tranfer everything back. Also, how will this affect our exchange server?
