Transfering a SMS Site to another Server

Greetings all

I have a upgraded server that I wish to use to replace our old server that is currently running our SMS/SQL functions.

I’ve been searching through Microsofts Technet site for any information reguarding moving both the SMS and SQL functions to this new server.

If anyone has any suggestions, or know of a specific Technet paper detailing how to move my current SMS site to my new server, please let me know.
