Translator plug-in for Internet Explorer

I am looking for a plug-in for Internet Explorer that will allow you to right button a web site and give you the option to translate the page to a different language. I use to have it in one of the versions of IExplorer and by upgrading I lost it. Idon’t remember what version had it, but it was very easy to run. I didn’t have to select or paste in another site to get it translated. I saw on the internet an article for Netscape having the same thing. Again version was not mentioned. I do a lot of researching and being able to translate would make it so much easier. Thanks
