Trend Micro Client Server Security for SMB

I am currently working on getting a new server running and have come up against a problem with Trend Micro Client Server Security for SMB. Upon installing the Trend Micro application, my network connections disappear and I can’t finish my installation. Does anyone have a clue what it going wrong?
