Trojan explorer.exe

dear friends,

myself jai.
recently 1 week before only i saw explorer.exe virus in my server. im using symantec 10.2 version antivirus. in virus scanning report it showing explorer.exe is deleted. but if i configure any new user that virus effect to that user. please give me any solution to remove that virus in my server.
