trouble networking eagle eyes DVR CCTV, any help?

hi i recently purchased a Eagle Eyes DVR CCTV Set from maplin and am having trouble networking it for remote viewing, in the instruction manual it says its is rather easy but ive seen alot of discussion on the internet from people who are experiencing similar problems.
I have like I say the AvTech Eagle Eyes DVR CCTV Survillance set along with a windows 7 quad core PC with 2 gig of DDR Mem,and Sky Broadbands Netgear Wireless Router also have Sky’s Segam Wireless Router.

could anyone help with this nightmare off a problem I have?
