Trouble with wireless connection

Hello. We have recently moved and set up our wireless network in our new home. However, the computer will not access the internet. It shows that we are contacted to the network (at 100%) but we can not pull up an internet page. If we connect the computer directly to the cable modem, we get the internet. Is there a setting on the computer that is blocking us from accessing the internet?

We have a linksys wireless router and card, Dell laptop, and never had problems in the past.

Any direction/information you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Sorry for the lack of technical wording!
