Trust Relationship Dilemma

My company’s two domains are in a two-way trust relationship, I can administer user accounts as well as servers and shares on the trusting domain, but users can’t log in to the trusting domain from our local domain, gives an error that its unavailable. Also, when trying to give share permissions on my local domain servers, I can’t view a list of remote domain users, says its unable to browse the selected domain, no logon servers are available. I believe its a WINS issue, but I’m not sure. Any ideas? ANY help would be greatly appreciated.
