Trying to fdisk a HDD

I have a HDD that has a partition on it. It was used as our Internet server using Linux. I fdisked the C drive but it won’t let me delete the extended DOS partition. It keeps coming up with a message saying that I have to first remove the logical drives but there isn’t any.When I check for logical drives, it tells me that there isn’t one. Could somebody please help me with this problem as I want to get rid of the partition all together?
