This concerns 4 HP 2430n printers. Each TS user has one of these network printers added to their profile. For the past few weeks, 3 of the printers have sporadically been printing to the 4th printer, although that printer is not in the list of printers on their profiles. I’ve deleted the printers from each user’s login, then deleted the printers from our printer server, rebooted the printer server, re-added the printers to the printer server, then re-added the printers to each TS user’s login. This has not solved the problem. I am desperate for help, as I cannot figure out why this is happening, and this is very frustrating to our doctors trying to print prescriptions and other information for patients.
