TS2003 and IP assignment

I currently have a Windows2003 server that’s also using Terminal Services. There are approx. 25 users that are setup and can correctly login and access TS through Remote Desktop (RDP). When each user logs in, if the assigned IP address for any user is checked using IPCONFIG, it returns the IP address of the server.

My question is, is it possible to setup TS so that each user is assigned a unique IP for that session, an IP that is not the same as the server, either through requesting an IP from DHCP on the router, or by using Automatic Private Internet Protocol Addressing (APIPA), or some other method?
