TSAdbot.exe – DLL Initialization Failed?

I had to reformat my NT 4.0 Workstation and reinstall the software a couple months ago. Since then I’ve been running into this error meassage: “TSAdbot.exe – DLL Initialization Failed (Initialization of the DLL C:\winnt\system32\rasman.dll failed. The process is terminating abnormally)”, after each successful logon process. When I click “OK”, it gives me another warning window: “Assertion Failure”. When I click “OK” again, it gives me the Dr. Watson for Windows NT window.
I tried applying SP5 & SP6, it doesn’t seems to work. Please Help! (go easy on me…I’m rather new to NT)
