Turning on warning messages in Active Directory

Hello everyone.

I almost destroyed my organization’s infrastructure and hour ago ^^. This was because I dragged an object into a container somehow caused AD to wtfhax the object out or existence; or in other words, the object disappeared.

Now that would have been ok if that particular object was not the computer of a user. My manager (the Administrator) basically said that by dragging objects into containers AD will warn you if you want to continue the action. Now I was not warned and this near disaster occured as a result. I am trying to figure out how to switch on this function. Can someone point me in the right direction? I really do not want to fiddle with AD : /

Please help.
