Twain Program Security

Hi everybody

Situation
1 Login in as Admin in a WinXP SP2 OS; twain driver for Epson scanner can be called from any Drawing programs such as “Corel Draw” to do scanning.
2 However when login as Power User, twain driver cannot be used.

Question
1 How to get into the properties of this driver to set security to allow Power Users to run it?
