Two adsl routers connected in one lan possible or not

I have boadband connection ie airtel i have two adsl routers one is bsnl and another one is belkin router i connected to adsl link to belkin router and configured ie internet wireless working fine but signle strenth is very low so i have one another adsl i configured adsl router possible or not
